I am only sworn for English and Spanish, but I’ll be happy to connect you with a different professional if you need sworn translation services in any other language.
I will need to have a look at the original document (a scan will do!) and know when you need it for to give you a quote. If you are happy with it, we’ll agree on payment terms and I can move forward with it.
I’ll need to print out the original text to stamp it, so the higher the image resolution, the better!
While this is an absolute must for some institutions, others are more flexible and happy to accept digital formats. If you need it, I’ll be happy to post it at an extra cost, or you can come pick it up if that’s convenient for you (I’m based in Cuatro Caminos, Madrid).
Contact me and I’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can!
A Sworn Translation can only be done by a Sworn Translator appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC).
The translation must include a statement from the Sworn Translator certifying that it is a true and complete translation, with the date, signature and stamp of the Sworn Translator.
In addition, a copy of the original must be attached, which must be dated and stamped on all its pages.
